Return and Refund Policy

1. Which Products Can Be Returned
We only accept returns on new and unopened products. Final sale items cannot be returned.
2. Return Period
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
3. Item Condition Requirements
We accept returns of both defective and non-defective products, provided that the items are unused, in their original packaging and include all original labels and accessories.
4. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at velisse.team.co@gmail.com with your order number. Once approved, we will send you the return instructions. Please include your receipt or order confirmation and pack the items securely.
5. Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
6. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 60 business days of receiving your return. They are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
7. Exchanges
We are happy to accept exchanges. To proceed, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
