At Velisse, we want your order to arrive safely, quickly and without complications.


1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United States, Australia and the United Kingdom.

If your country is not listed above, we may not currently be able to ship to your location.


2. Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders.

There are no additional shipping fees at checkout. The price you see for your product is the price you pay, with shipping included.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

Our estimated delivery time is usually 4 to 6 business days after your order has been processed.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, public holidays, high-demand periods or circumstances beyond our control.


4. Order Processing

Once your order is placed, we begin processing it as soon as possible.

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.


5. Correct Shipping Address

Please make sure that your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.

Velisse is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete or inaccessible addresses.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to update the address.

If the order has already been shipped, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number by email, together with a link so you can track your package online.

Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.


7. Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us so we can help you check the status of your shipment.

If a package is delayed due to the courier, customs, weather conditions or other external circumstances, we will do our best to assist you, but we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.


8. Lost or Returned Packages

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt or refusal of the package, we may contact you to arrange a reshipment.

Additional shipping costs may apply in cases where the return or failed delivery was caused by incorrect customer information.


9. Customs, Duties and Taxes

Depending on your country, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or local charges.

These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer. Velisse is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures or local authorities.
